dep3D has developed a 40" and 50" stereoscopic 3D rear-projection display system.
The viewer only needs to wear lightweight, inexpensive passive linear or circular polarized glasses instead of the traditional bulky and powered lcd shutter glasses.
The complete system consists of a durable cabinet with two commercial SVGA (800x600) resolution lcd projectors, a high quality viewing screen and all the optical components required for long term operation. Optional features include a sound system with subwoofer, upgraded viewing screens and higher resolution XGA (1024x768) projectors.
The stereoscopic video images for the display are full resolution dual channel left/right instead of the traditional flicker prone field-sequential alternating left/right found in most systems.
We offer PC solutions that allow a single computer and nVidia graphics card to drive the display for video gaming, mediaplayer and quad-buffered stereo applications.
This display is compact, durable and portable so it can be easily moved from the engineering lab to the conference room for large audiences.
